Summer Reading Suggestions

It’s July 1st — time to suggest a few reads to check out over the summer. Here’s a chance to check out those books that you never had a chance to read during the previous semesters.

Here are the suggested summer reading list on Goodreads. Most of these books are displayed through the Research Center’s cases and shelves. Come in and pick one up over the summer.

Want to read some classics? You can also request books from other CUNY libraries that aren’t available here at the J-School Research Center. Use CLICS and your books can be delivered to any CUNY library.

You can use the CUNY+ Online Catalog to search and request titles. Also, don’t forget about our e-book collection.

If you need any help with suggestions/research, we are here to assist you in person, via emailtwitter or Meebo. Our summer hours are listed here.

We’ll be closed on Friday, July 2 to Monday, July 5th, 2010.

Have a Happy 4th of July!
